  • Guest:We are very picky high-end frequent travelers - this is definitely a 5+ star property. The food is very good, the staff are well trained and do truly care about the guests. Rooms are comfortable and facilities are very nice. The setting is beautiful. They do go above and beyond expectations. We would come back. Only downside is the spa is very noisy - most resorts have an age requirement (12+ or 18+) for hanging out at the spa, but here there isn’t one, so you have crying infants and toddlers running around the spa pool shrieking, just 20 feet from your spa casita where you’re trying to have a relaxing massage. There really should be an age requirement so that people trying to relax at the spa and paying a lot for their treatments aren’t being disturbed.
  • Guest:The resort is beautiful, staff super friendly and accommodating. The rooms; gorgeous views, wonderful little private plunge pool, very comfortable beds and pillows. Housekeeping service twice a day with little treats for us almost every day. Spa services were out of this world. Husband had the best massage ever, by Rihanna. She was a maestro. Pools were beautiful. Overall, extremely peaceful and lovely. Our only criticism was the limited choice for restaurants, often one was closed and breakfast and lunch (and often dinner), were served in the same place. Overall food was good, but limited selection and oftentimes wasn’t hot. Granted, they’ve only been open for a year, so we expect the restaurant service will improve with time.
  • Guest:I had a wonderful breakfast at this establishment. The atmosphere was peaceful and well-isolated, the environment was spotless, and the professionalism of every staff member on duty was truly commendable—especially my servers, Dajur and Sheronna. They ensured I never lacked anything and that my table was always promptly cleared. The food was exceptional, offering great taste and a wide variety of options. To top it all off, I was pleasantly surprised with a birthday treat, which made the experience even more special. This is definitely the place to visit when you need to escape, relax, and enjoy a well-deserved break.
  • Guest:Overall, it’s a very nice resort. Modern, new, well maintained. All the facilities are top notch. The restaurants offered nice settings. Service was good. However, the food was only OK. The biggest drawback is the property’s general lack of local character or personality. If you didn’t know where you were, it could be Palm Springs CA or Miami.
